Cw #food this curry I made was beautiful. Like 2.5tbsp curry powder for two servings plus salt and cayenne, put a little boiling water in it to make a soupy paste so it would not be gritty as I added it to the coconut milk and paneer, then added it onto some fried chard and mushrooms, over some leftover rice!!!! Frick!!!!! Inauthentic but delicious. What curry paste/recipe do you recommend?
